I WILL SING!
Ps
59:16-17
16 But I
will sing of thy power; yea, I will sing aloud of thy mercy in the
morning: for thou hast been my defence and refuge in the day of my
trouble.
17 Unto
thee, O my strength, will I sing: for God is my defence, and the God of my
mercy.
Ps
63:7-8
7 Because
thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice. 8 My
soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.
Like
a toddler,
I run to keep up with the Father who holds my hand. Yes, it is hard to keep
pace, but He has my hand completely engulfed in His. He will not let me go. He
may cause me to hurry, but He will not drag me along. He is kind, and we are on
our way together to a wonderful destination. What a joy to be by His side.
Oh,
how I miss
the fellowship of my brothers and sisters. Oh, how I miss the singing! I will
sing aloud of His mercy in the morning! I am safe and well supplied. He has
covered me with His hand and shown me much mercy.
Like
the vagabond king David,
I long for His courts.
Ps
65:4
4 Blessed is
the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell
in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of
thy holy temple.
Ps
84:10
10 For a day
in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the
house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
Dear
Father, as we walk along, don’t let me go. Hold me tight because my hands are
too small and week to grasp you with any certainty. Let my sould rejoice. Let
me sing of thy mercies this morning. AMEN
