HE
HUNG THE MOON!
Job 26:7
7
He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon
nothing.
Isa 40:22
22
It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof
are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and
spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:
Imagine,
if you will,
an eternal void. There is no sound, no movement, no anything. Suddenly Pure
Intellect thinks a thought and speaks a word. “Let there be light and there was
light.” And so everything we can discern began. This is God!
We
are so small.
We are like grasshoppers in His sight. Yet he sees us and takes note of us
because he made us. We are not insignificant but we are small.
Our
problems seem so large that God is diminished in our sight. Our focus is
wrong. We can’t see the forest for the trees. God hides in plain sight because
we can see nothing but our difficulties. Yet He is wise in heart, and mighty in
strength: Job 9:4
Ps 62:8
8
Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a
refuge for us. Selah.
Dear
Great and Awesome God, be near to all who call upon thee today. AMEN
