JESUS, THE FIRST AND LAST!

Rev 22:13

13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

Rev 22:16

16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

           Ancient of Days is how Daniel saw Him in Daniel 7:9, 13, and 22. John saw Him clothed with a garment down to the foot and having on a golden girdle or belt. His hair was like wool, white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire. This is both the infant of Bethlehem and the King who is to come. Born in time, He is before time and after time. He stands outside of time. He is both hark and amen! Awesome God is He.

           Because He walked the earth we see Him small like we are but John saw Him in glory seated at the right hand of God. His feet were like polished brass and in his hands were the churches and their messengers. He shone like the sun. John’s knees buckled and he fell to the ground at the sight. This is Jesus in His reality and not as we imagine.

1 John 3:2-3

2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

Dear Lord, one day I will see you face to face and will not fear. Let me never forget, while you are my friend that you are also my God! AMEN
