THE LAND OF “NO MORE”

 

Rev 21:4

4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

 

The book of Revelation is a book of NO MORE. In it we have a description of an amazing place where those things that trouble us now have passed away.

 

Rev. 7:16 No more hunger, thirst, sun, or excess heat.

 

Rev. 20:2-3 No more dragon and no more deceit.

 

Rev. 21:1 No more sea. This is curious to me, but it may suggest no separation land from land.

 

Rev. 21:4 No more tears, death, sorrow, crying, or pain.

 

Rev. 22:3 No more curse. An unwelcome companion of age is pain. It brings with it sorrow because of the pain of others.

 

Rev 7:9-10

9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

 

Thank you, Lord, that the land to which I go will not disappoint. AMEN
